This text has been prepared by Galpan Ularte Sınai Yapı ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Galpan” or the “Company”) in order to inform data subjects in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and relevant secondary legislation, regarding the personal data processed through cookies obtained via the website https://galpan.com, operated by the Company.

• Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
